WQX QAQC Characteristic Validation Reference Table

Function downloads and returns the newest available (cleaned) raw Water Quality Exchange (WQX) QAQC Characteristic Validation reference table. The WQXcharValRef data frame contains information for four functions: InvalidFraction, InvalidResultUnit, InvalidSpeciation, and UncommonAnalyticalMethodID.
